I am just be-ing. My roles right now are Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Co-Owner of Kundalini Rising Yoga Nashville. I am deeply passionate about healing myself through self-esteem education and inner chid therapy as well as tools of the 12 step program. I am currently creating workshops and classes to educate people about "the inner child" and "self esteem recovery" while integrating the technology of Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Rising Yoga is a sacred space that provides a safe enviroment for people who are ready for deep healing and transformation.

I would love to come and speak about "the journey" of healing, recovery, and awakening. Just let me know exactly what and when, and I'll be there. I don't know if I also shared before with you but I am a 12-stepper, too. I also started a meditation group for women in recovery about a year ago over at the 12 South Dharma center ("Women's Medicine Circle," I called it), but had to quit because of life circumstances. It never really got off the ground, I think because it was such a niche audience -- the women in recovery I knew weren't quite ready for meditation, and the women in meditation I knew were not ready for recovery. But we all have the same issues. I also didn't promote it as widely as I could have. It sounds like the time is ripe now for this particular blend, and you guys have the recipe to pull it off. I can't wait to see how it blooms. Kundalini Rising is certainly a fertile holding space. Love it!
