Sometimes it's all too easy to have the thought, but then no take any action to support it. In fact as I've learned through working with 100s of people, it is the #1 reason things don't get done!

All to often we don't realize the effect everything we do has on everyone around us. That may sound really big, but when you think about it, it is also the way it is, whether we like it or not. To think someone in your presence is not effected by your energy is to deny the way we function as human beings.

Break-time is a five-minute walk around the block time. It’s date night, it’s reading your kids a bedtime story – even if it’s on Skype - and it’s getting together with friends and laughing. Establishing a pattern of valuing yourself and the other things that are important in your life is setting you up for a real win because it insures that those things closet to you are part of the picture and not part of your past.
