Tell us about yourself
Four years ago when i moved to Nashville, I decided it was time to deal with my constipation issues. I knew more was going in than was coming out and I was a size 18 to prove it. I began a series of sessions and after seven sessions started to see just the tip of the iceberg revealing itself. I spent the next three months detoxing, cleansing, and learning more about how my body worked. I lost weight, felt incredible, but most of all was able to deal with emotional issues that I didn't realize I had been carrying all along. After three months, I knew I wanted to help others who were also on their own journey to wellness.

I opened a holistic wellness center off west end a year ago. We are going strong and I wake up feeling everyday incredibly blessed be able to do what I do.
